First, docking: This is very simple, just put the two pieces of acrylic that need to be connected on the operating platform, and then glue the cloth on the bottom after closing, leaving a very small gap for the docking port, and then inject the adhesive That's it.

Second, bevel sticking: The sticking bevel must use a 90-degree angle mold to prevent the displacement of the sticking surface. Apply the adhesive evenly and slowly. The master form can only be removed after it is completely cured.

Third, façade sticking: Facade sticking is the most widely used sticking technique. First, the surface to be pasted should be wiped clean. It is best to use the master mold to achieve the paste, so that the paste does not shake, which is conducive to improving the quality of the paste. The plexiglass plate with a thickness of 3mm can be pasted with thin metal wires, which can be pasted by capillary action. The metal wires can be pulled out before the adhesive is cured, or it can be pasted by using adhesive tape and then applying the adhesive.

Fourth, surface sticking: plane sticking is a relatively special sticking method. First, wipe the surface to be glued clean, place it horizontally, and put an appropriate amount of adhesive on it. Place one side of the other acrylic sheet obliquely in contact with the acrylic sheet coated with the adhesive, and then put it down evenly and slowly to drive out the air bubbles from one side to complete the pasting. (Note: This adhesive will corrode acrylic, so take protective measures)
